The Standing Committees on which our School Board members serve have the following responsibilities. We are always looking for additional committee members, so if you are interested in helping the Parish and School by serving on one of the committees, please contact any School Board member.

ENROLLMENT/PUBLIC RELATIONS/MARKETING
: The Enrollment/Public Relations/Marketing Committee shall assist the Principal in increasing awareness of the school; promoting the academic excellence, spiritual leadership and reputation of the school in the community; recruitment of students; maintenance of the enrollment; and public relations.

STRATEGIC PLANNING/POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND FORMULATION: The Strategic Planning/Policy Development and Formulation Committee shall be responsible for the development of a 3-5 year Strategic Plan that will enhance overall viability of the school and its operational needs; shall assist the Principal in implementing, extending or adding policies to enhance and maintain excellence of the school’s programs including development and fund raising; and review, update and adopt changes to the Board’s by-laws.

DEVELOPMENT/FUND RAISING
: The Development Committee shall be responsible for coordinating with and assisting the PSO in fund raising activities including the development of a yearly fund raising schedule; researching and trialing new fund raising activities; and researching new development opportunities.

BUILDING AND GROUNDS
: The Building and Grounds Committee shall be responsible for issues relative to the maintenance and enhancement of the physical plant and surrounding grounds.

TECHNOLOGY: The Technology Committee shall be responsible for the development of a “Technology Plan or Program”that will be current with the state of the art technological advances; maintain the school web site; enhance, upgrade and promote the current technology at the school.
